职位描述：
Job Description

To educate Beauty Advisers by providing them with the product knowledge, service and sales skills necessary to meet productivity goals and service standards. This will be accomplished through the following: Seminar, In-Store Development and Beauty Advisor, Field Coach, Account Coordinator and Counter Manager development. Support all PR and marketing activity, esp for beauty class and work shop. The three major responsibilities are:

1) Implement all Training Programs as assigned by the Training Manager, especially focusing on on-counter coaching.
2) Ensure all Estee Lauder Beauty Advisers are highly professional, well trained, productive and deliver quality performance.
3) Provide innovative ideas to Training Manager in training programs to increase productivity of the Beauty Advisors.
Office/seminar time: 40%, In-store time: 60%

Job Requirement

1) 4+ years of experience in sales or training.
2) Strong developmental and indirect management experiences which have been demonstrated by positive past sales performance.
3) Solid coaching, classroom training , leadership and communication skills are also a must. 举报 分享
