职位描述：
Formulation Assistant Director/Director

本岗位主要服务国内药企的1.1类创新药的制剂研究

Responsibilities：
? Design and execute the formulation development and scale up process for both solid and liquid dose formulations as well as other formulations as needed
? Be familiar or capable of independent operation of commonly used equipments in formulation development lab
? To write up protocol, batch records and formulation development report with high quality
? Be able to show flexibility and ability to work on ad-hoc assignment


Basic Qualifications:
? MS or PhD degree in pharmaceutics or other directly-related science discipline with experience or training in pharmaceutics or equivalent experience
? Preferably be trained and have 5+ year’s experience in formulation/dose development & process development
? Working experience in formulation development R&D from generic company is a plus
? Be familiar with the requirements of the FDA cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines as well as drug development process
? Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
