工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：
1) Manage the commodity supplier quality team in China.
2) Define policy deployment and KPIs, measure and monitor performance of CSQ team on day to day basis to achieve the teams goals.
3) Ensure the roles and responsibility for commodity supplier quality team are deployed with global expectation, include divisional CSQ, Asian CSQ lead and Global CSQ Segment Lead.
4) Owner of continuous quality improvement for suppliers located in China division.
5) Interact with CSQs in other divisions for the quality improvement of the suppliers affecting China Autoliv plants.
6) Actively involved in the supplier strategy with Purchasing (Commodity Team)
7) Approve long term preferred suppliers.
8) Manage the Quality portion of the “Short term Status” (AGPS / AS 57) for component sourcing.
9) Perform Yokoten within the commodity / division and initiate global actions with other CSQ’s when applicable.
10) Application of the Specific Master PFMEA and supplier lessons learned within their commodity / division.
11）Involved in NCM Escalation Model.
12) Decide on placing supplier on NBH and exit criteria with Purchasing (Commodity Team)
13) Owner of the planning and execution of supplier audits. Ensure documentation and follow up in AGPS.
14) Coordinate support on requests from other divisions.
15) Responsible for planning and follow up of Supplier Development activities within their commodity / division by collaboration with purchasing team.
Requirement：
1） Bachelor degree or above in metal material, mechanical, automotive, electronic engineering.
2） 3-5 years’ experience in quality control in Automotive.
3） Experience in supplier and production line quality control. Experience in new project management.
4） Excellent inter-personal communication skills and organizing skills
5) Experience in supplier management and auditing.
6) Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D tools
7） Good English in speaking & writing
8） Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 9000 VDA6.1 or TS16949
9） Knowledge of environment standard ISO14001, Occupational Safety and Health standard OHSAS 18001
