主要责任:
? Implement SFE relevant Project
– Lead to deliver SFA projects in China, including:
? Clarification of requirements as a follow up of the functional workshop
? Facilitate project status & steering committee meetings
? Coordinate and organize with Key Users on their schedule for project
? Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) Business Scenarios
? Participate in Key User Training
? Support daily job and business analysis requirement
– Maintain SFA system, including
? CRM / Digital Marketing / BI system / All other SF related system
– Manage business data, including
? Master file (accounts and professionals) / In-market data / Target and Sales territory hierarchy / Market data and sales data consolidation
– Act as business partner to the business and periodically deliver regular reports through IT solution and tools.
– To gather feedback from business users on their requirements for SFA systems from time to time.
– Manage incentive calculation and payment timely and accurately
? Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various business unit
? Direct, control and motivate the staff of SFA department by setting KPI for the subordinates. Conduct training to the SFA team as well as other departments for the using of related resources
理想背景
· Proactive mentality, analytical and strategic thinking, leadership and influencing skills
· Education: bachelor degree
· Languages: Good written/spoken English and Mandarin required
· Experiences: 3 years or above experience in sales force automation area or boarder SFE area preferred, Pharma MNC China experience preferred
