职位描述：
Advising on key decision-makings of Company on a wide variety of legal issues;
Monitoring legal risks of operation of Company
Implementing and monitoring (on a daily basis) internal legal operations and policies
Managing and overseeing protection of Company/ Group’s IP rights; fighting against infringements of IP rights
Contract drafting, reviewing, management and disputes resolution
Guidance, instruction, management of court proceedings
Explaining legal questions from different Depts. , providing opinion & advice
Receiving and disposing external complaints
Competitors’ intelligence collection & investigation

PROFILE SPECIFICATION:
At least 7 years' experience in reputable law firm and multinational company
Law degree from reputable university, master degree is of priority;
Good English skills both on spoken and written
Solid legal experience in commercial and company matters
Strong legal technical skills & excellent commercial judgment and good solution-provider
Excellent written and oral communications/negotiation skills
Excellent drafting skills and language skills in English and Chinese
Impeccable ethics and integrity
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to influence, persistent in following up, attention to detail
