Job Title:Technical Support Mananer

Reporting Line:--Business Development Manager(Asia, ME & Africa)
--LafargeHolcim China Marketing Director

Overview of the Job:
In direct relation to the Ductal worldwide community, the missions of the Ductal Quality Control Engineer are:
To support deployment of Ductal business in China on all Technical related subjects;
To take part in training new Licenses to use of Ductal(Precasters,contractors);
To provide Technical Support and Quality Control/Audit to Ducatal licensees;
To update regularly his/her field of expertize through interfaces with the Ductal Technical Direction.
To take part in sourcing local raw materials and in developing the Ductal mixes locally.


Qualifications of the Job:
Technical Requirement:

Specialized in Building Materials or Construction System or other related domin. UHPC(Ultra-high Performance Concrete) experience is a puls;
Knowledge and skills on production equipment and testing devices, i.e. Mixer, Press, Curing Chamber etc.;
Experience on UHPC Formulation, i.e. Raw Material , Recipes, Batches etc.;
Fluent in Chinese and English. Other language would be appreciated(French in particular)
