职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、开展公司对外物业市场的拓展，建立市场拓展信息渠道；
2、负责收集、分析、筛选市场拓展项目信息，确定市场拓展项目目标并报备；
3、收集城市公司当地区域及目标城市各类物业的相关数据，并建立项目信息数据库，并填写项目分析报告；
4、负责对外拓展项目的前期联络、沟通、商谈及跟踪，并建立档案、签订合同；
5、完成管理方案、标书的编写，并负责初步审核、修改；
6、了解、跟踪对外承接项目的进展情况，上报总结报告；
7、分析研究本地区和外埠物业拓展状况，对部门的全面工作提出建议和意见；
8、进行项目策划、调研，拟定项目的管理计划。

任职要求：
1、30-40岁，身体健康，思维清晰，职业道德素质和心理素质良好；
2、熟悉房地产、物业管理、档案管理专业知识及国家有关法律、法规和条例；
3、具较强的工作责任性、组织能力和综合协调能力；
4、具较强的公关能力，善于处理与各级政府部门及相关客户的关系。 举报 分享
