职位描述：
Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) 助理估算师

Region & Location: Arcadis – East 凯迪思-华东区

Business Unit: Quantity Surveying 工料测量

Main Purpose of the Job:
This role and the support provided through our QS training will enable you to gain the depth and breadth of experience required for you to improve your problem-solving skills, the abilities of learning and thinking;
提供QS专业的基础技能培训，培养学习及思考能力，初步掌握一定的专业基础知识以及解决和处理问题的能力，积累一定的QS工作经验，为今后进一步拓展QS工作的专业深度和广度打下良好的基础；
Cultivate a sense of service, enthusiasm and responsibility, have the ability of communication, comply with the professional conduct standards, to provide customers with high quality, satisfied service;
培养良好的服务意识、工作积极性及责任感，具备一定的沟通能力，遵守公司的职业操守要求，为客户提供优质、满意的服务；

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
To deliver elements of QS assignments under the supervision of more senior members of staff;
在助理董事/经理/高级估算师/估算师指导下，独立、准确、及时地完成交办的各项工作；
To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments;
为项目的良好运作提供专业技术支持；
Good teamwork spirit and active collaboration, good relationship with other departments and peers to maintain good collaboration;
保持良好的团队意识及主动协作精神，能够与公司其他部门及各位同事保持良好的工作协作；
To gain knowledge and experience in QS services across a broad spectrum of the QS product range.
通过平时多方面的QS专业工作，增加在QS服务方面的知识和经验；

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
M&E:
HVAC- Bachelor degree with major in HVAC/Building Environment and Facilities Engineering /Water Supply;
Electrical –Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation;
机电：
暖通 - 供热通风与空调工程/建筑环境与设备工程/给排水等专业大学毕业；
电气 - 电气工程及其自动化/自动化等专业大学毕业；
With the relevant experience in measurement for quantities;
具有一定的工程量计量基础；
Good communication skills;
良好的语言沟通能力；
Fluent in written and reading English, basic ability of conversational competence in English;
英语读写流利，具备一定的会话能力；
Proficient in PC application and Microsoft skills;
熟练掌握电脑技能，具备常用软件的应用能力；
