Specific Job Responsibilities:
? Provide support to the Assistant Director, and lead/assist in delivering medium sized projects, and professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments.
? Work collaboratively with other Project Managers to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
? Utilize and embed established ECH tools and processes, and develop to suit particular project requirements and Client's operation principles. Additionally utilize technology to support our delivery.
? Strong personal presence pre and post contract working with team members to 'plan, do review' project activity associated with the supply chain in regards to safety, programme, quality, contractors' performance and recommending and implementing corrective action.
? Deliver the agreed scope of works (inclusive of contract administration if required) including the leadership and management of meetings with the supply chain, and stakeholders.
? Deliver services utilising the gateway processes (APM, OGC, RIBA clients etc) as control and review and mechanisms
? Work with client stakeholders and operational team to deliver project solutions that support the operational model
? Deliver projects with the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
? On Programmes of Work engage the Programme Office to embed common service solution into project delivery.
? Utilise sector Specific Market, Client and Built Asset Know How (Insight)
Person Specification:
To qualify you will have 5-8 years working experience in project management as well as possess a recognised degree in Civil Engineering, Project Engineering etc. Membership of a Professional Association is also preferable.
Programme and Project management experience, CRE, retail, fit-out background will be preferable
Good English language skills are essential for general project communication (emails, meeting minutes and general project documents) whilst fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) is also imperative.
Conduct technical due diligence exercises of existing building / new developments
Provide technical expertise regarding design, construction and operation of MEP systems
Project experience with Commercial Greenfield projects will be preferred
