Brief Responsibilities:
? Manage and collaborate with e-commerce team, brand marketing team and professional agencies to drive relevant content syndication and messaging initiatives.
? Develop and optimize digital consumer journey online to bring traffic to e-commerce platforms, and sustain the consumer loyalty in e-commerce platforms.
? Manage the SEM/SEO plan to support online marketing program and e-commerce traffic.
? Complete annual e-commerce marketing plan to ensure marketing activities in key time period and main platforms
? Initiate and lead all communication related content in the e-commerce platform and the linkage of these content to all digital touch points
Core Competencies:
Professional Know-how
? Business, Analytical, Marketing, Economics, IT or Engineering Degree or an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of degree required
? >1 years of professional work experience in an international company and/large retailer, including 1+ years of work experience in digital marketing and CRM.
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including being able to create and deliver dynamic presentations on complex business issues.
? Exceptionally strong analytical skills & comfort with getting deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization.
? Solid project management and planning experience required.
? Previous e-commerce experience is preferred
? Previous experience managing Digital and/or retail professionals.
? Proven expertise in direct marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via Wechat, Blog and other social media.

? Ability to write effective briefs including ability to probe and challenge
? Ability to evaluate effectiveness of plans and programmes

? Analyses problems & develops effective solutions with direction and coaching from Direct Manager

? Experience in a high product volume, fast paced business environment would be desirable

? Sound analytical and numerical skills which are applied to the business data
