工作描述(Job Description)：
1. 负责公司人力资源工作的规划，建立执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度；
2. 负责办理入职手续，负责人事档案的管理、保管、用工合同的签订；
3. 建立并及时更新员工档案，做好年度及月度人员异动统计（包括离职、入职、晋升、调动、降职等）；
4. 制定公司各个部门的培训计划和培训大纲，经批准后实施；
5. 负责拟制公司薪酬制度和方案，建立行之有效的激励和约束机制；
6. 制定绩效评价政策，组织实施绩效管理，并对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督控制，不断完善绩效管理体系；
7. 做好员工考勤统计工作，负责加班的审核和报批工作；
8. 负责公司员工的福利、社会保险的办理；
9. 定期主持召开本部门工作例会，组织本部门员工的业务学习，保证各项工作任务能及时完成；
10. 其他突发事件处理和领导交办的其他任务。
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1． 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累；
2． 对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事工作流程；
3． 熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇和培训方针；
4． 具有较强的创新意识、计划执行能力、良好的沟通协调能力；
5． 熟练使用办公软件及相关的人事管理软件；
6． 3年以上人力资源管理经验；
7． 本科学历以上；
8． 较好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
