工作描述(Job Description)：
1. 负责公司的财务政策和财务管理制度的实施，合理分配资金；
2. 建立健全财务管理的各项制度，发现问题及时纠正，重大问题及时报告领导；
3. 加强财务管理，分月、季、年编制和执行财务计划，正确合理调度资金，指导各部门做好经营核算，为企业的发展积累资金；
4. 依据公司发展目标，组织编制公司年、季、月度全面预算，经上级批准后，负责预算的合理落实；
5. 负责对费用、往来、资金、资产的账务处理和监控管理，审核银行对账单及余额调节表，定期参与对公司资产进行清理，使之帐实相符，按公司印鉴管理规定保管、使用财务印鉴；
6. 具体负责预算管理工作的实施安排；
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. 具有全面的财务专业知识，账务处理及财务管理经验；
2. 精通国家财务、税务、会计、审计等有关法律政策并能熟练运用；
3. 财务相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上财务管理工作经验；
4. 熟练使用相关财务软件；
5. 遵纪首法，品行端正，具有良好的职业道德；
6. 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
