Job Responsibility
1. Assistance to VP to implement the company-related policy and coordinate with various internal departments, supervise the execution of policy, and ensure the effective implementation of the work;
2. Assist VP to manage the operations and business development performance and track the execution results of the quarterly and yearly business plan;
3. Administration assistance to Vice President for his daily schedule, business tours and management meetings and also to organize and take care of customer visit;
4. Assist VP with sales and marketing support;
5. Required detail knowledge about emergency controlling with properly treatment methods;
6. Report regularly to VP of daily work and finish the other works assigned.

Qualification
1. More than three years relevant work experience, undergraduate education or above.
2. Strong writing skills, good office software skills.
3. MNC and/or large-sized company's working experience is a plus.
4. Adapt business travel
5. Good ability of strategic thinking and integration, excellent organization and coordination ability, easygoing, good communications skills
6. Fluent in English and proficient in Italian or Latin
