Job title: Software Engineering Manager
Department: AP system engineering - SW
Location: Nanjing

Responsibility:
-Building a world class software and firmware development team for embedded Linux systems with 12 people or more.
-Delivering software or firmware deliverables in either bare-metal code, security software or power management tools according to the specifications.
-Driving the technical and organization connections with US based development teams and other China based development teams.
-Advancing the state of the software engineering in FPGA or embedded systems.

Qualifications:
-Master degrees in Electrical or Computer Engineering, plus 8~10 years of experience in embedded software development.
-Highly Self Motivated individual with a proven record in building/maintaining a software team.
-Ability to attract and hire top talent
-Familiar with C/C++ and assembly programming in the ARM architecture. Experience in Linux driver development is a plus.
-Agile development expertise and ability to deliver fast and solid software solution.
-Working knowledge of Mobile devices/Embedded systems/pre-silicon FPGA systems is a plus.
