1、 协助人事总监起草岗位职责,及时发布、更新招聘信息,确保所有招聘渠道正常运作。
2、 根据招聘需求,协助分公司筛选简历、面试、及时推荐合适人员给相关主管。
3、 协调并负责各分公司校园招聘项目。
4、 协助人事总监建立管理培训生计划,建立公司人才库,为公司储备人才。
5、 收集分公司培训需求,制定培训计划,根据需要协调分公司培训项目的实施。
6、 收集、反馈分公司培训问题,定期分享分公司内训资料,跟进内训课程的有效实施。
7、 完成月度HR newsletter,建立员工沟通机制。
任职资格:
1、5年以上培训及员工发展相关工作经验
2、良好的沟通协调能力,亲和力强,
3、积极主动、忠诚守信、工作严谨,能承担工作压力,具备良好的文字功底
4、需要15%-20%的异地出差

ROHLIG&CO.HOLDING GmbH&Co.KG was established in 1852 in Bremen, Germany. Rohlig is present in 20 countries with 1,300 personnel.
GEBRUDER WEISS GmbH from Lauterach, Austria is also a traditional family business with 550 years experience and 3,500 employees in 17 countries.
The demands on intercontinental logistics are becoming more complex. Weiss-Rohlig therefore does not only sell standard logistics packages, but also very much focuses on providing tailored transport solutions, each to meet the needs of our customers.
