岗位名称：人力资源发展专员

岗位职责:
1、 协助人事总监起草岗位职责，及时发布、更新招聘信息，确保所有招聘渠道正常运作。
2、 根据招聘需求，协助分公司筛选简历、面试、及时推荐合适人员给相关主管。
3、 协调并负责各分公司校园招聘项目。
4、 协助人事总监建立管理培训生计划，建立公司人才库，为公司储备人才。
5、 收集分公司培训需求，制定培训计划，根据需要协调分公司培训项目的实施。
6、 收集、反馈分公司培训问题，定期分享分公司内训资料，跟进内训课程的有效实施。
7、 完成月度HR newsletter，建立员工沟通机制。

任职资格:
1、5年以上培训及员工发展相关工作经验
2、良好的沟通协调能力，亲和力强，
3、积极主动、忠诚守信、工作严谨，能承担工作压力，具备良好的文字功底
4、需要15%-20%的异地出差
