主要职责：
1.负责公司公用工程设施的维修保养，如：空调系统、纯水系统、供气系统等。
2.负责公司实验专用设备的维修保养，如：液相、液质、核磁、离心机等。
3.协助部门负责人起草和修订设备设施相关流程和制度等文件。
4.监督、引导和协助设备厂家和维保承包商更好的履行合同义务。
5.掌握公用工程设施的日常操作、调节和故障排查技术。
6.能够进行日常水电和简单机械维修，快速判断常见设备故障原因。
7.整理设备设施培训资料，定期组织设备设施的使用培训。
8.采购非实验专用设备及其配件和消耗品时，参与产品选型和询比价。
9.参与公司耗材仓库、试剂仓库和备件仓库的管理工作。
10.协助部门负责人处理采购与运营过程中的其他工作。
任职条件：
-专科以上学历，有电工证。
-机械、电子或暖通类专业毕业。
-具备设备设施管理、维修及养护岗位三年以上工作经验。
-熟练使用Office系列办公软件，能操作CAD软件和ERP设备管理模块者优先考虑。
