职位描述：
Responsibility：
1、According to company’s annual quality target, set up quality department’s annual work plan and cost budget, responsible for organizing and implementing realated plans to achieve the target
2、In charge of organizing, making and impleting all items of quality standards, quality management documents and regulations. Make sure to follow customer’s requirements and regulations.
3、In charge of supervising and managing Suppier Quality Engineer’s work.
4、Co-ordinates relationships of customer quality department.
5、In charge of handling clients’ complaint ; organizating quality team to analyze, correct and make preventive measure of quality accident ; following validation works and putting forward all solution document of quality accident such as 8D report
6、Organize to launch process audit 、 customer audit and third-party audit , ensure to achieve quality target
7、In charge of organizing team to solve quality issue which occurred in the process of production; Coordinate with relevant departments, be clear of quality standard and operation standard
8、Coaching Team members to improve their capability in problem solving, work efficiency and work performance.
9、Finish other tasks arranged by superior
 
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degress or above, major in quality management，factory management or mechanical specialty related
2、At least 10 years experience in quality management with at least 5 years in management level
3、Familiar with MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools( Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)
4、Good English both oral & written
