职位描述：
Cashier function:

? Handle all cash receipts and payment transactions

? Responsible for L/C handling and related risk control

? Online reporting according to SAFE requirement

? Bank draft management incl. receipt, report, endorsement, discounting, maturity handling etc

? Conduct cash and bank reconciliation monthly

? Monitor bank balance daily, make cash forecast monthly

? Thailand rep. office account reconciliation

? Other ad hoc task assignments from the line manager
 
Tax function:

? Be able to handle tax reporting incl. VAT, BT, CIT etc. before deadline

? Ensure timely VAT input invoice verification and reconciliation with general ledger, VAT invoice purchase etc.

? Be responsible for monthly export VAT refund preparation and filing with tax bureau

? Keep proper filing for all tax related documents, and prepare stamp duty accordingly

? Coordinate tax application on non-trade overseas payment

? Communication and relationship maintenance with in-charge tax authorities

? Keep up to date on changes in tax law, related regulations, provide tax advisory whenever necessary towards the goal of tax optimization
 

任职要求：

? Bachelor degree in finance / accounting / tax or related field

? 2 years hands on experience in related functions

? Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English

? Good sense of priority to handle ad hoc issues

? Good computer skills in MS office, ERP experience is preferred
