职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、熟悉基本的咖啡调配、制作、服务等流程；
2、监督产品制作、出品标准化，定期组织开展培训学习，有效提升产品、服务品质；
3、根据培训需求，制定并执行对门店相关产品、服务等培训、督导工作；
4、熟悉主要目标市场，了解消费者需求，了解咖啡行业、竞品动向并及时采取应对方案；
5、有针对性开发和提供能满足需求的咖啡店产品和服务；
6、日常解答店面人员有关产品营运相关咨询及提问，帮助店面人员完善业务技能；
7、对顾客的日常服务及投诉等的相关解决。
任职要求：
1、具有管理咖啡厅从业经验三年以上；星巴克、costa、上岛咖啡工作管理经验者优先
2、熟悉咖啡调制过程；
3、团队精神强；
4、善于与客人沟通；
