Responsibilities
1.Maintain and update the data of relevant suppliers, research, summarize and evaluate the information provided.
2. Participate in the bidding stage of procurement project and track the contract fulfillment process, timely organize the related payments, ensure smooth communication between suppliers and the suppliers and the hospital equipment department.
3. Draft and manage the documents related to procurement project, including contract, application, order, storage, outbound, logistics documents.
4. Assist the procurement team in daily work, document filling.
5. Support daily work of supervisor.
5. Other works assigned by supervisor, communicate and cooperated with other departments as required.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree
2.Former working experience is a plus (indirect procurement, medical equipment)
