- 熟练掌握Ericsson终端OSS系统的操作及应用于日常网优中的OSS软件平台的使用，并能通过其进行分析，对无线小区进行分析处理，提升网络指标。
- 熟练掌握基站硬件及小区数据，并能根据基站硬件告警对相应的基站硬件进行处理。掌握小区数据及MO数据制作。
- 熟悉Ericsson优化流程和Ericsson优化工具，具备良好的沟通能力和职业素养。
