职位描述：
1.To handle customer concerns and ensure concern effectively closed on time.
2.Solve internal, external and warranty quality issues. Implement root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification.
3. Establish and update relevant quality documents including: Control Plan, Incoming Inspection WI, Product Inspection WI, fixture and gauge WI.
4.Regular analyze quality data and create result report. Lead team to solve quality problems with 8D, 5 Why methods.
5.Monitor annual product type test，Lead team to identify and solve quality problems.
6.Responsible for fixture/gauge maintenance and effectiveness verification.
7.Submit customer PPAP documents during the SOP phase. Collect customer special requirements and follow up approval condition.
8.Lead product audit and participate process audit.
9.Provide inspection standard training to inspectors and operators.
10.Undertake any other tasks assigned by the manager.
requirements:
1.quality control working experience in manufacturing industry;
2.Both oral and written English;
