Main Purpose of Job:
The incumbent is responsible to facilitate and ensure perfect execution of all marketing events, PR, sponsorship, and to support in daily marketing activities and any additional key projects in order to establish Brand awareness in the China market. Managing and eventually expanding CSR (Project WET). Representing Nestle Waters China as the key contact point for Creating Share Value.
Main Responsibilities:
? Key player to support in building Brand Awareness and establishing Brand Presence in customers ,trade, and NGO organization through PR, events and sponsorship.
? Plays an active role in managing relations with PR Agencies and Event Agencies and explore partnership opportunities in the market.
? Development project management and implementation of Project WET.
- Eventually to expand to other key cities. Ensure that all projects related to the brand are delivered effectively. Project management inclusive of timing and budget.
- Establish and build relationships with education ministry, teachers and NGOs. Prioritize brand projects and allocate resources appropriately. Establish and continuously improve relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- understanding of all relevant Nestle policies, including Nestle's marketing policies to project WET/kids, compliance requirements and procedures.
- Establish projects / initiatives such as World Water Day, Children's Day, or develop local activities. Develop and coach trainers.
Qualifications:
? Open mind, full of passion, good team work attitude
? University above degree or equal
? 3 years+ experiences of working experience in multi-national companies, experience from premium brands will be a definite advantage
? Good reading and written English
? Having the experience and exposure in dealing with government/NGO/teachers or training especially to teachers and students will be a definite advantage.
? Passion in doing corporate social responsibility work
? Ability to work independently, excellent problem solving skills and organized in project management.
