职位描述：
To supervise operation team and provide customer service：
1、To draft SOP of CLC customer and conduct correctly implemented.
2、To communicate with customers regarding all operational procedures of the CLC hub.
3、To ensure that the quality of our service meets and exceeds customers requirements and provide superior customer service at all times
4、To enhance productivity through effective management and usage of resources and improvement of employees attitude and performance.
5、To communicate well with both internal and external parties
6、To uphold good security practices and mentality, educate and create awareness among the team members.
To ensure smooth running of the Warehouse：
1、To ensure that our warehouse processes comply with our ISO certification. Constant weekly or monthly audits with internal checklist to ensure compliance
2、To constantly educate employees in terms of safety usage and handling of equipments and proper housekeeping habits for tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse

position requirements：
1、at least 5 years working experience in CLC or logistics or customs related positions
2、Office software, WMS experience, good written and oral Engish, be farmiliar to bonded warehouse operational procedures and good warehousing management skills
3、positive, flexible, very team-spirit, easy-going, integrity, able to work under high working pressure, persistent, diligent, a know-how of CLC operations, skillful operation management capability 举报 分享
