岗位职责：
公司经理助理岗位职责
1、在公司经理领导下负责项目点的全面工作，努力作好公司经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用，认真做到全方位服务。
2、在公司经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况。
3、协助公司经理作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况。
4、负责各类文件的分类呈送，请公司经理阅批并转有关部门处理。
5、协助公司经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供公司经理决策。
6、做好公司经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布。
7、做好企业内外文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、立卷、归档工作。


任职要求：精准使用office软件，有良好的英语口语。
          大专及本科以上学历。
          能接受在各个项目点工作。需经常乘坐地铁公交。（在项目工作有免费工作餐）
