Position Description

1. Analyze competitions and formulate sales argumentation and tools to help sales team in convincing customers

2. Plan and implement product training to sales and distributors

3. Establish and maintain close relationship with KOL and academic associations to establish a solid customer base in China

4. Gather market intelligence and assimilate up to date market information to sales and marketing management team

5. Plan and implement Market strategy &Project and Meeting activity for Region

Position Requirements

1. MNC experience

2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in clinical medicine/ Laboratory Medicine, Molecular Biology,

3. Over 3 years of sales or marketing experience in medical devices, molecular diagnosis or other healthcare industries

4. Good communication/presentation/ interpersonal skills

5. Good MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint skill

6. Excellent in both written & spoken English

7. Mature, independent, positive and self-motivated personality
