Instrumental Service Engineer (服务工程师-常驻西藏)
 
Main responsibilities:
* Provide project technical support service for the project in operation在运营过程中为项目提供技术支持服务
* Provide after sale technical services提供售后技术服务
* Execute equipment installation and commissioning as well as troubleshooting independently 独立设备的安装和调试以及故障处理的工作
* Register the details of the commissioning in the daily report or commissioning report, and sent the report to the project responsible people after traveling 做好调试记录，并将其记录于每日工作报告或者调试报告，并于出差后将报告发送给相关项目负责人。
* Provide technical support with upgrade and modernization and timely provide details of upgrade/modernization to project responsible people for making the necessary documentation updates. 为升级改造提供技术支持，并及时讲升级改造的信息传达给项目负责人以便做好必要的文件更新
* Conduct equipment maintenance and technical support to customer - including troubleshooting on site, preventative maintenance services and supervision/advisory service remotely. 向客户提供设备维修以及技术支持-包括现场的疑难问题排解，预防性维护服务和远程的监督/咨询服务
* Provide operation and technical training to our customer我们的客户提供运营以及技术培训
* Assist Service Center report协助完成服务报告
* Assist spare parts and maintenance service sales协助备件以及维修服务销售
* Assist schedule management and cost control in onsite service在现场服务过程中协助进度管理以及成本控制
* Assist to coordinate local and overseas support to client协助给客户提供国内外的支持
* Collect information of spare parts & service support needs from clients and OT project managers从客户以及项目经理收集备件以及服务支持需求的信息
* Assistant project team and foreign engineers in installation, start-up and commissioning on site协助项目团队和国外工程师在现场的安装、启动以及调试工作
* Assist to follow up of the payment and invoices in after sales service协助跟进销售过程中以及售后的付款以及发票事宜
* Participate the company’s training actively to improve our technical skill. 积极参加公司的培训，提高业务技术水平
* Cooperate with sales to develop new customer, keep good relationship with existing customer, and enhance the degree of the customer satisfaction. 配合公司销售人员开发新客户，维护与老客户的合作关系，提高客户的满意度。
 
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 year’ working experience in service field 至少三年以上的现场服务工作经验
* Willingness of working high altitude area(around 4500 meter above sea level)愿意工作在较高海拔地区（大概海拔4500米左右）
* Professional instrumental and electrical skills专业的仪表和电气技能
* Ability of reading electrical drawing, and usage of various instrument calibration tools.能够读懂电气图纸，并且会使用各种仪表校正工具
* Familiar with various flowmeter transmitter, pressure transmitter, pinch and other pneumatic valve, preference of basic MCC, PLC skills熟悉各种流量计，压力变送器，夹板阀和其他气动阀，最好具备基本的MCC 和PLC的技能。
* Establish the professional image of the company to ensure the company's reputation from being harmed. 树立公司的专业形象，保证公司的名誉不受侵害。
* Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 乐观进取且吃苦肯干，自我激励且积极主动，有良好的团队合作关系
* Good interpersonal and communication skills 良好的人际关系和沟通技能
* Good command in English 英语交流能力
* Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs 能根据公司惯例和业务需求灵活出差
