职位描述：

1, Leading the team to achieve the daily production plan and keep quality.

带领团队保质保量完成每日生产任务。

2,Fulfits his obligations according to standard of labor EHS 按照环境、卫生、健康的标准履行生产的职责

3,Trains and coach the line leader and operators on site 现场培训指导线长及操作工人

4, First article inspection and adjust the painting robot process if the quality can not meet the requirement. 确认首件并调整机器人喷涂工艺如果当前工艺不能满足产品质量

5, Robot programming and optimizing according process standard . 按照工艺标准编写和优化机器人喷涂程序。

6, Checking the painting parameter for each batch. 每批次喷涂参数确认

7, Robot and guns maintenance monitoring. 监控机器人及喷枪的日常维护保养

8, Tracking FTQ and rejection rate indicators every shift. And adjust on time if the indicators over the target. 跟踪每日的一次合格率及不良率指标。如有超标及时调整优化喷涂工艺

9, To coordinate the peoples from maintenance and quality, solve the problem of line quickly. 协调维护及质量人员，快速处理生产线故障及异常
