职位描述：
? Work closely with buyer, warehouse and vendor to monitor and manage the whole process starts from Purchase to Payment, including Purchasing order, GR/IR, invoice 3 way matching and payment.
? Assite to implements and maintains PTP end to end systems, procedures and policies, to ensure adherence to company policy
? Outline constraints and analyze root causes to improve process efficiency and booking quality.
? Vendor A/C Statement reconciliation, communicate with vendors regarding the balance discrepancy
? AP vendor master maintenance. Vendor payment term periodic review and management, aim to extend payment terms.
? Provide AP aging report, DPO calculation and related analysis to management, follow through necessary action plan to solve issues raised.
? Involve in and support all the internal / external financial audit and government audit related with AP
