职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives


Manage the Quality within each shift (QRQC)
监控，汇报生产过程中的产品质量，并利用质量工具对过程质量进行管控
Manage its shift in order to fulfill the logistic contract
明确物流出货计划，并根据出货计划组织生产，确保完成生产任务
Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance actions
组织员工对设备进行预防性维护，并实正确施设备维护方案
Is responsible to the application of the manufacturing standards
引导团队严格执行工厂设立的各项标准，并对实施结果进行审核

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Ensure that working standards are being respected (5S, operating modes, control instructions, JIT, TPM, …)
负责确保工作中各项标准被严格执行(5S规范，操作规范，质量控制规范，安全规范，JIT，TPM等)
Responsible for assembly quality and assembly the planned daily amount.
负责监管装配生产线的产品质量并完成每日产量需求
Coordinates production change-over under its own responsibility
负责组织和协调生产线换型
Ensure that production start-up conditions are conform
负责确保开班前的各项准备工作正常完成
Makes sure that safety instructions are applied on the working station
负责确保生产区域内按照安全规范进行生产
Coordinate level 1 and 2 preventive maintenance actions
负责组织和协调一级和二级预防性维护工作
 Check the availability and function of all assembly equipments and tools.
负责检查组装线设备及工具的工作性能是否有效
Necessary equipment and fixture request
负责根据生产状况，对设备及工装需求进行评估
Participate to the training of its production teams
负责对生产团队进行相关培训
Ensures that end/start of shift instructions are passed on
负责组织班每日班会，并对团队传达相关信息
Follows the assembly line performance indicators
负责跟进组装线KPI指标
Analyse, with its team, the quality, production and process issues its production lines
负责分析生产过程中产生的各种问题
Manage the QRQC method with its assembly lines
负责QRQC项目的跟进
Manage the problem solving activities and contributes to the implementation of improvement ideas
负责跟进生产中问题解决方案的实施，并提出改善建议
Participate to the continuous improvement groups of its assembly lines

Carry out the appraisal of its operators

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
