职位描述：
Essential Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for leading Receiving Inspection team, and training of sampling program to receiving inspectors
2.Lead and manage supplier assessments and supplier PPAP.
3.Drive supplier quality development initiatives.
4.Identify and analyze high exposure and/or highly complex supplier quality issues internally and at suppliers'' sites.
5.Issue PRR to vendor when problem happens; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
6.Work with Plant Quality Assurance, Supplier Chain and purchase team to develop quality improvement strategies.
7.Participate in APQP for externally supplied parts.
8.Initiate/track and pursue to closure internal corrective actions
9.Compliance with TS 16949 documentation requirements including work instructions, procedure changes, process changes and customer part number changes
10.Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
11.Assist with special projects as assigned by quality supervisor or designee.
12.Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

Qualification
1.College degree must be in a technical/engineering major.
2.3~5 years automotive SQE experience
3.Strong negotiation skills
4.Internal audit certificate of TS16949(VDA6.3)/ISO14001/ISO9001
5.solid background of injection/ tooling/stamping
6.Experienced in application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem solving, etc.
7.Good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software
8.Good oral and written communications skills, Good English
9.Willing to travel frequently 举报 分享
