1、 维护现有客户，订单前期负责客户询报价、报价跟进、议价工作，挖掘客户需求，了解公司优势产线，针对性的推荐产品，使价格具有竞争性，促成成交
2、 唤醒系统中的沉睡客户，通过电话、邮件等沟通方式，介绍公司的产品和业务，激起客户合作兴趣，促成新客户的成交及长期合作
3、 通过CRM系统分析，了解客户报价成交、发货、回款情况，分析客户价值从而进行分类管理，制定相应的开发、维护策略
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，机电类相关专业优先考虑；
2.亲和力强，音质佳，有客服工作经验者优先；
3.熟练操作电脑和办公软件
4.良好的沟通交流能力富有工作激情和团队精神；
5.积极主动的对待各种挑战和机会
