职位描述：
1、按照销售订单回访流程每日导出销售订单数据、整理格式分派坐席或传给外包商，及时跟进回访进度，每日汇总回访结果，并分析上报。
2、CRM客户信息等上级安排的其他数据收集整理制作等。
岗位要求：
1、 大专及以上学历
2、 熟练使掌握Office办公软件操作技能及excel表格分析能力
3、 具有较好的原则性、责任心、主动性、积极性和计划性；良好的应变能力强，机智灵活，细心，对数据敏感度高
