Position: Distribution Planning Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Distribution Planning/Program Mgr

Position Summary:

This position is to establish and maintain the distributor/ParkerStore application, termination & evaluation process/standard works, and track, analyze & report distribution business plan implementation status, provide background information for channel development strategy.



Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to Distribution Planning/Program Mgr. Interacts with sales teams, IT & Legal departments, as well as distribution development team & program team.



Job Responsibility:

1. Set up distribution sales growth & coverage development plan, and track/report implementation

2. Update, renew & file distribution agreement & certificate

3. Define channel hiring, operation criteria and supervise implementation

4. Establish & maintain channel management process & standard works for application, termination & assessment

5. Setup & update distribution policies, publicize to sales team and channels, supervise the executions and guide correction for any discrepancies

6. Set up and maintain distribution database



Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years work experience in B2B industry, motion & control or related industry experience preferred.

2. Good interpersonal & communication skills and be a team player

3. Motivated and capable for continuous learning

5. Excellent MS-Office skill, good data analysis capability

6. Fluent spoken & written English.



Performance Measurement Criteria:

? Well know Parker distribution policy, process and standard works

? Adhere to Parker procedure and standard in supervision of implementation

? Manage database & documentation systematically, timely and accurately
