JD
Helping AS&S manager handling for customer warranty contract
Arranging spare parts contract with customers every year
Receive customers compliant and register, make report with evidence in mobile service list
React on the received complaint according to service working instruction.
Arrange field return parts and TR back from OEM
Take charge for investigating field returns and make clear report
Arrange necessary customer/dealer visit and report to manager.
Maintain a good relationship with customers and dealers.
Handling special requirement from customers.
Making plan and arrange training for customer.
Warranty cost calculation and negotiation
Responsible for the requirements for quality system / EMS to the standard of TS16949 / ISO14001

Requirements
Bachelor degree, Major: Automotive Engineering or similar
At least 2 years working experience
Mechanically handy
Driving license
Very Good Communication in Chinese and English 举报 分享
