职位描述
Reporting to GM(US), your responsibilities will include:-
Accepting full P&L responsibility for the plant; oversees Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistic, Finance and HR departments
Manage manufacturing facilities, with emphasis on quality, customer service, production reliability and cost performance
Negotiate, structure, secure and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure cost and quality
Support development of theoretical yields and cost build-up for all products being manufactured and new program quotes
Analyse customer complaints and recommend and implement improvement actions
Assist in developing and executing supply chain initiatives
Foster and facilitate cost savings idea generation internal and external
Attract, develop, and retain top talent
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:-
10 - 15 years of experience working in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in management level position
BA or BS degree in engineering, or any other manufacturing related technical discipline preferred
Mechanical or Electrical industry working experience is preferred
Strong oral and written English capability is a must
