职位描述：
Learning&Development Specialist/ Supervisor

Main responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the training cost and budget planning to support the smooth training system operation.
- Enhance organizational and leadership development of the Company through formulating and recommending directions, anticipating the training needs of the brand, deploying and cultivating a positive organizational learning culture.
- Constructively work with global team in terms of training strategy making, all training curriculum development, training needs and trainer skill / competencies development.
- Keep regular and dynamic communications with global and other division.
- Effectively support corporate events, program and projects when needed.
- Overall responsibility for the people competency development in the general and leadership skills domain.
- Manage the training activities defined together with the internal customers.

Requirements
- University Degree and above
- At least 5 years relevant training experiences, preferred in the multinational environment and high-tech industry.
- Ability of strong influence and presentation skill, and be a good communicator
- Ability of dealing with multiple tasks at one time and working under pressure
- Quick and appropriate response and flexibility to deal with urgent cases
- Self-organized with strong sense of planning
- Self-initiative, independent and passionate
- Proficient in both written and oral English 举报 分享
