Duties &
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Consultant will work with the Director of Talent Acquisition on developing, leading and managing individual search assignments.
- Develop strategy with the Director of Talent Acquisition present to and influence internal clients how to execute a process to best meet hiring needs, provide updates, adjust strategy to meet changing business priorities.
- Partner with the business, HR and client groups to meet recruiting needs in a cost effective manner.
- Improve sourcing channels and broaden talent pool, through increased use of web based recruiting, social media, employee referrals and direct recruiting.
-Recording and reporting data for Talent Acquisition function.
- Build a pipeline of candidates by contributing to the ongoing development and participation in a robust campus recruiting program.

Candidate
Specification
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting
- Proven track record of driving recruitment through the use of an effective recruiting strategy, use of online resources as well as networking and competitor sourcing
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
- Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, able to embrace change
- Collaborative, comfortable in a client centric environment
- Strong client focus, commitment to service and quality
