职位描述：
Essential Functions and Duties:
Responsible for overseeing China’s day-to-day export activities as well as providing support for US, EU and APAC compliance requirements , which includes ensuring that compliance measures and business objectives are achieved and participating in cross-functional projects, as required.
Establish and maintain a compliance control infrastructure which includes:
? Processing daily SAP GTS order releases for APAC region
? Processing China and US export licenses as well as US re-export licenses
? Processing CIQ requirement along with CCIC inspection for used mechanical and electrical equipment to China
? Ensuring compliance with US and local export laws and regulations, including transfer of technical data and screening of customers, vendors, employees, and visitors
? Participating in projects, internal and cross-functional, relating to export and import activities
? Providing excellent customer service for internal and external customers; diplomatic interaction with all levels
? Auditing core business functions and offering recommendations for process improvements
? Monitoring regulatory changes and revise compliance policies and practices in accordance with changing legal framework and business models
? Providing HTS classification as a backup
 
Required Experiences:
 
? Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent proven work experience
? 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in export and/or import roles
? Knowledge of China export and import operations including import and export licensing requirements such as China dual use export license and CCIC inspection requirement
? Experience with SAP and SAP GTS module
? Knowledge of, and experience with, the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), US Customs Regulations, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classification
? Experience with software, technology transfers, and deemed export programs a plus
? Experience working with issues of a global nature and interacting with company employees in other countries a plus 举报 分享
