Position Description:
1. Prepare GOE vouchers timely and accurately in Computron AP Module and S3B
2. Fixed asset accounting and management
3. Short-term investment income calculation and bookkeeping
4. Expense allocation and intra-company charge
5. Responsible for month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial information
preparation
6. Prepare accounts reconciliation in compliance with “Reconciliation Scorecard” and follow up on
outstanding items
7. Adequate record management
8. Develop and periodically update process documents and work procedures to keep them up-to-date
9. Assist with internal and external auditing, and follow up on audit findings to be implemented
10. Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports requested by management
11. Continuous process improvement to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness
12. Assist the standardization of the accounting files and vouchers
Position Requirements:
1. Accounting Bachelor Degree
2. More than 3 years working experience in AP/GL position,
3. Solid understanding of PRC GAAP and US GAAP
4. Proficiency in Ms Office applications, esp. Excel, Access
5. Good knowledge of insurance accounting
6. Good communication and problem solving skills
7. Team work spirit
8. Hard working and be able to work under pressure
