职位描述：
Areas of responsibility:

- Markeing Communication
1. Corporate Branding implementation and localization, ensuring brand consistency with the local business and effective use of all WTP materials;
2. Official website /Intranet maintains and management;
3. Newsletter, Poster and other communications reports editing and regular releasing;
4. Promoting company image by coordinating various conference, seminars and exhibition;
5. International design awards researching and applying;
6. Work closely with other international marketing teams to make sure that all parts of marketing run smoothly.

- Media Coordination
1. Responsible and guide to make sure the CRM system kicking off and running smoothly; Organizing and coordinating media exposure on professional top level magazines, books and website to strength brand awareness.
2. Building brand reputation by promoting our best work in national and international mainstream media.

- Business Development
1. Preparing draft proposal.
2. Clients’ follow up by CRM system.
3. New design competition information research and follow up.

- Documentation Support to China MD and Directors
1. Preparing presentation/draft report for board meeting, principal conference, operation executive meeting and presentation, etc.

- Internally
4. Responsible and guide to make sure the CRM system kicking off and running smoothly;
5. Corporate the Internal Newsletter editing with HR;
6. Supervise and coach the internal communication;

Professional Qualifications:

- University graduates of Marketing or related disciplines;
- Over 10 years’ Marketing and communication professional working experiences;
- Can work independently under pressure, quick learner and self starter, willing to contribute;
- Good time management, great team work spirit and have experience to coordinate across different discipline and different function;
- Strong communication and project management skills, able to lead and work with a cross-functional team;
- Familiar with CRM sytem, MS office and graphic design software;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 举报 分享
