职位描述：

• Responsible for iron-making material test.
• Personnel management of analysts: analysts of iron-making test, include spectrum analysts.
• Maintenance and manage test equipments, make sure test equipments in good condition.
• Training new methods, new analysts.
• Quality management of related work according to ISO17025.
• Collect and learn documents about raw material and product, and also fully understand the EN, GB, ISO standards;
• Acquire powerful technical knowledge for all raw materials related iron-making plant, for having the same or higher level with or than the suppliers, and can resolve test problems.
• Acquire powerful technical knowledge for product test and can resolve problems.
• Participate in defining and updating test plan, methods for better control of raw material or supplier qualification trial.
• Good communication with production team, quality team, purchase, marketing, warehouse and so on.
• Perform the lab test of pipe and foundry material, check the test results and follow up results of plant trials against specification, quality requirement and test plan.
• Visit the suppliers for carrying out the audit periodically or in the qualification process with purchase and quality department.
• Be aware of internal quality claim for raw material and raw material test; understand and propose the solution.
• Investigate in cooperation with plant operatives issues related with raw materials quality of supplies.
• 5S, EHS and policy management of company and lab.

圣戈班管道系统（马鞍山）是圣戈班穆松桥在中国投资的子公司，成立于1997年，拥有三家工厂，位于安徽省马鞍山市，年生产管道和管件能力达到30万吨，公称直径为DN100-1000mm。
