1. SUMMARY OF POSITION （职位综述）
Indirect Buyer, with significant direction, learns and executes the basic procurement competencies and/or analysis to include contract law; should cost; negotiations; industry/supplier analysis; supplier quality; strategy formulation; Company systems, policies and procedures; and contract management. Responsible for less strategic commodities including the development of relationships with suppliers and process partners. Helps solve problems with general direction.
2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
- Negotiate local agreements with suppliers to support the needs of the business;
- Report and track progress of initiatives and savings results against goals;
- Executes plans to more closely align the delivery of supplier materials and service to Whirlpool. Identifies ways from the initial development of a supplier relationship to more closely link the two businesses towards mutually beneficial goal;
- Business trip management;
- Vehicle management;
- Other duties as required
3. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (其他要求)
- Bachelor degree or above, Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Proved negotiation and influencing skills
- Public speaking and written/oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and procedures, plus extensive knowledge of legal issues in contract development and administration
- Experience of ERP is preferred.

? Hard worker with the highest integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player with good people interaction skill
? Self-motivated and result-oriented person with minimal supervision and great potential to grow within Whirlpool

? Fluent English both on verbal and written
? High computer skills required
