Senior Accountant 高级会计：

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with PRC Accounting GAAP, Audit Standards, Tax Regulations.

2. Doing monthly/quarterly bookkeeping correctly and being responsible for balanced Trial Balance.

3. Generating reconciled PRC reporting, including balance sheet, P&L and cash flow.

4. Cooperating with Italian Account Managers to generate management reporting.

5. Cooperating with tax manager to settle taxes issues.

6. Doing the monthly/quarterly/annual taxes declaration correctly.

7. Providing compliance services on audit issues.

8. Supporting the Finance Manager to review the accounting/tax jobs finished by the junior staffs and providing coach if necessary.

9. Financial Due Diligence

10. Providing strategy planning during the client’s initial set-up in China.

11. IFRS compliance.

12. Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

a) Good at using Kingdee systems.

b) A minimum of 5 years of accounting experiences with Foreign Enterprises, working experiences in Consulting company is preferred.

c) With accountant certificate valid in Shanghai is necessary,while intermediate-level accounting certificate is preferred.

d) With experience on VAT refund is preferred.

e) Excellent oral and written skills in English.

f) Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented

g) Strong problem solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude

h) Good at PC software, including MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
