Job Profile:

- Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients, demonstrating leadership and coaching to Graduate CM, and innovation of service and knowledge.

- Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

- Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
在有限的监督和指导下，完成成本管理和合同管理的工作
- To provide all MEP work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
准确、按时完成机电有关工作
- Provide Cost Advice and Cost Planning including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
提供成本管理建议及成本计划，包括：成本估算，设计方案比选，全寿命周期成本预测，营业额/现金流预测，成本控制，合同前成本报告
- Provide Contract Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
提供合同文档服务，包括招标文件，评标报告，合同前往来信函，中标通知书及合同文件
- Contract Services including all post-contract services, for example VO, Claims, Payment, Financial Report, Final Account and attending project meetings.
合同服务，包括全部合同后服务，例如：变更通知，索赔，支付，财务报告，估算，出席项目会议
- Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
- 2-6 years relevant work experience, gained from consultancy firm preferred
2-6年相关工作经验，有咨询公司经验者优先考虑
- Reasonable English capability; good listening and spoken English preferred
英语水平良好，听说熟练者优先考虑
- Proficient in PC application
熟练的计算机技能
- Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying/cost engineering/international project management or related discipline which is eligible for HKIS / RICS
工料测量/造价/国际工程管理专业本科或相关学科学历且具备获得HKIS/RICS的资格
- Registered cost engineer and RICS/HKIS is preferred
