IT Service Desk Team Leader – Guangzhou, South China
Job Summary:
The IT (Information Technology) Service Desk Team Leader will manage the performance of Level 1 and Level 2 services & support to clients (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved for the Greater China region (Including: China, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan). They will ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the team are meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant discipline
? Minimum of at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT service desk support.
? Recent experience managing a team in service desk support is essential
? Ability to solve problems and strong analytical skills are required for this role
? Competency in MS Office Suite
? Fluent in Chinese language and good English language skills are essential - both spoken and written
