Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operation department works of Branch Office
2. Present report to Branch Manager for performance of operation department
3. Handle accident issues of operation department and provide efficient solution for relevant parties
4. Handle complain from local and overseas customer for operation works
5. Well organize and coordinate with other department of daily office works
Requirements:
1. Colleague degree or above
2. Over 8 years professional working experience in both seafreight and airfreight forwarding industry
3. Be familar with local forwarding operation procedure
4. Good relationship with local vendors
5. Good knowledge and experience in MS Office Application
6. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
