职位描述：
- Build up battery testing laboratories according to the requirements of the validation plan
implement safety measures
- Extend and manage an existing network of external test suppliers
- Create test specifications to ensure proper realization of the testing activities
- Coordinate the preparation of test samples (DUT’s) following the test specifications
- Perform electrical, functional thermal and durability tests in Bosch battery testing laboratories
- Supervise the performance of abuse and environment tests in external laboratories
- Analyze the test results in detail (electrical and thermal data but also mechanical observations and measurements). Write test report and communicate test results with other engineering functions.
- Participate actively to problem solving and redesign activities in the cross functions engineering team.

Requirements：
- Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with focus on automotive or aeronautics industries
- Min. 3 years work experience in the validation of automotive components.
- Familiar with automotive requirements, automotive test standards and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with international engineering teams
