Responsibility
- Deploy the Quality improvement Plan to achieve the objectives of the site and associated sub-contractors.
- Promote Quality culture and coach the local teams in Quality tools and methodology.
- Audit/Improve the Quality System of the site
- Monitor and validate the conformity of the products/processes in production
- Take care of the customer interface for Quality matters
- Represent customer within OT on Quality matters (Communication/ Escalation)
- Manage incidents internally and with customer
- Manage the Quality network of the site
Requirement
- Good communication skills / good leadership / ability to coach others
- Ability to drive quality objectives
- Certified auditor
- Ability to take decisions when required
- Ability to accept challenges and work under pressure
