2、新人班学员的课程安排，日常管理，基础技能培养及公司制度介绍

Development and renewal of basic skills training, lecturer training courses and textbooks

3、外勤讲师MAP系统管理、教师节等活动组织策划

Management of the system of leturers outside the office, organization and planning of Teacher's Day, etc.

4、培训行政作业、档案管理

Training administration and file management

5. 培训数据的汇总与分析

Collection and analysis of training data

6. 培训计划费用预算的编制与管理

Planning and management of training expense budget

7. 培训教材的印刷管理

The printing management of training materials

8. 总部和分支机构的课程品质管理、督导

Management and supervision of lecture quality of branch organizations

9. 部门制度编写、修订、更新和合规管理
